![]() ![]() I assumed it was for the incidentals which usually is only a hold and not an actual deduction. I get home and to my dismay, I see an overcharge for the room I stayed in. I requested the hotel e-mail me the receipt. Maintenance allegedly came, and still, nothing was fixed. I have stayed at hotels worldwide and this was a first. I requested to change the room and was told that the procedure was to fix the problem prior to switching guests' rooms. ![]() The cabinet that held the refrigerator was extremely dusty, the refrigerator had spilled juice in it. The room was old and musty, the A/C unit was antiquated and barely working, the shower was spraying all over the place, the carpet was stained and dirty, and the towels had stains on them. When I called the front desk to inquire why I didn't have an Oceanview she was rude and I was told the Oceanview room that I paid for and confirmed was already sold out. When I got to the room it was not an Ocean view but instead, it was a view of the bay. I booked a Havana Ocean View Executive Room/King/Non-Smoking. This hotel was horrible from check-in to check-out. Tropicana AC must be giving people incentives to leave 5-star reviews on here and YOUTUBE because this hotel is disgusting.
